Transportation is an important element in facilitating human movement to support daily life, especially in dense urban areas such as Denpasar City, Bali. It is hoped that the launch of this transportation system can be an alternative solution for people to switch from using private vehicles to public transportation. Through this outreach, it is hoped that in the future more people will use public transportation than private transportation to reduce traffic jams. evaluate the effectiveness of socializing the use and payment system for the Trans Metro Dewata Bus at Ubung Terminal. By understanding the extent to which this information has been conveyed and accepted by the public, it is hoped that more effective strategies can be found in increasing the use of public transportation. Socialization is carried out by conducting interviews with passengers regarding information related to Trans Metro Dewata services. This socialization is considered capable of encouraging people's interest in using public transportation.
