Reverse logistics has become a critical component of modern logistics systems, particularly through recycling processes. At the same time, production productivity is an essential aspect that must be continuously evaluated by business owners. This study aims to explore the implementation of reverse logistics in the local craft industry and to identify production stages that require performance evaluation. Data were collected through direct field surveys, including interviews and questionnaires administered to local craft business owners. Using a holistic approach and data analysis based on the Objective Matrix (OMAX) method, this study seeks to obtain accurate and relevant results aligned with the research objectives. Therefore, this research emphasizes the importance of identifying reverse logistics practices, particularly recycling processes, and assessing the productivity of local craft production.
