Socialization of Picture Story Books as Salud Learning Media (Early Age Traffic Awareness)

Abstract

Learning media is one of the main elements that cannot be separated from the world of education, especially with learning activities, including learning activities in kindergarten (TK) or early childhood education (PAUD). For this reason, teaching media that is interesting and has educational value is needed, as well as a medium for instilling traffic ethics education in early childhood. The method used was in the form of counseling by providing Socialisation of Picture Storybooks as a Learning Media for SALUD (Early Childhood Traffic Awareness) to 30 PAUD / TK Teachers in the South Tegal Sub-district of Tegal City using the methods of Lecture, Question and Answer, Discussion, and Practice of socialisation participants to the speakers about the problems experienced. The results obtained by this community service were an increase in understanding by 16% understanding of the Socialisation of Picture Storybooks as a Learning Media for SALUD (Early Age Traffic Awareness) at TK Pembina Tegal Selatan Tegal City.
